Ben’s career in construction and design started in 1999 in London, working on multiple real estate projects in the trendy Notting Hill area of London’s West side. Tired of the rain, Ben set his sights on sunny Southern California, and in 2008, he settled in Los Angeles and never looked back! Ben’s skills are not only based in sales; he understands that a deep knowledge of development, design, architecture, and construction are crucial to being a well-rounded agent. Hard work, charisma, and true passion for his business have helped Ben’s reputation quickly rise. Specializing in all aspects of the real estate industry— whether it be navigating the way for first-time buyers, finding the perfect property to flip, or leading the way through the luxury market— Ben has what it takes to bring any dream to fruition!

Michael began his career as a PGA Golf Professional in the UK, becoming the Director of Golf for the Guinness Family, gaining unparalleled experience in the 5* hospitality and service industry, whilst also establishing himself as a highly respected senior member of the PGA competing throughout Europe.

Having begun his real estate career in New York City, where he is also licensed, Michael has helped clients move not only across the country, but also across the pond.

Established with Avenue 8, he is widely known for his English charisma with his analytical and caring approach, strong negotiation skills and extreme professionalism. “The industry is not about commissions or sales targets, it’s about relationships and reputation”. Michael puts his client’s needs ahead of his own, working around the clock to ensure their journey is as smooth sailing as possible.

Whilst his Golfing achievements have taken him around the world, Michael is proud to call Los Angeles home and has a diverse network of friends and associates across the entertainment and sports industries.
